Standard model equipped with a release mechanism using an air cylinder. The maximum follow-up speed is 300spm, and the maximum material thickness is 3.2mm. You can choose from 6 models according to the material width and material thickness.

NC twin roll feeder: TRF series
This model is ideal for short materials. It has the following features.
・Uses a C-shaped frame, allowing materials to be loaded from the front of the main unit.
・Equipped with sliding plate as standard. Adjustable in and out of the bolster (manual).
・Space-saving design that integrates the machine body and control equipment. The maximum follow-up speed is 200spm, and the material thickness can be up to 3.2mm. You can choose from two models according to the material width.

NC high-speed roll feeder: HS-B series
A high-end model with a maximum press speed of 1000spm. A solenoid is used for the release mechanism, and no air supply is required. In addition to feed length and feed timing, material pressure can also be numerically controlled. You can choose from 4 models according to the material width and material thickness.
A dedicated encoder must be installed to synchronize with the press machine. Not compatible with servo presses.

NC grip feeder: G series
GT40, which supports press follow-up rotation speed of 1000spm, and GL110, which supports maximum feed length of up to 110mm, are available as new models. You can choose according to the press rotation speed and material width.
