When the guide roller (φ76.5) attached to the upper arm makes a U-turn and pulls it toward a machine such as a press, the turntable gradually rotates according to the change in the deflection angle of the arm, and the coil material is smoothed. It can be released smoothly without applying tension. At this time, the rotation of the turntable is automatically controlled according to the change in the winding diameter of the coil material, and it operates under optimum conditions for press machines, etc., at a constant feeding speed with continuously variable speed.
